QUESTION 2 How do you deal with all the wear and tear on your body?
I try to start each season in the best shape I can. That means working out all the time during the offseason. If I'm in top shape, my play will not decrease. I've seen too many players only able to play half the season, so I've been very fortunate.

QUESTION 3 What separates the great receivers like you from other receivers?
I would say consistency-being able to do the job no matter what, to really play with pain. I always play 100%, no matter what's wrong with me. I would also say that good awareness on the field is important- knowing exactly where you are, and being able to just focus in on the football. The mark of a good receiver is his ability to focus without worrying about being hit.

QUESTION 4 How does being a dad make you a better player?
I love being a dad. From the moment my little girl Jacqui was born, I've been changing diapers, feeding the kids, spending time with them [Jerry also has a son, Jerry, Jr.]. I love them a lot. One of the reasons I've been able to be so successful is my supporting cast. My wife, my kids, my parents, have all been behind me no matter what. That's a good feeling.
